Your Privacy
Spiritualmeditation will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or any other personal information to anyone.
We will not use your email address to send any unsolicited email. We will of course, send you email regarding your order.

Security
Please be assured that all orders placed through the shopping cart are made using secure server software (SSL). It encrypts all of your information, including your credit card number, name, address and phone number, so that it cannot be read by anyone else on the Internet.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping & Returns Policy
All items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. All merchandise is guaranteed new. Spiritualmeditation is committed to getting your order delivered to you in the best possible condition. All items are despatched in a perfect condition and securely packed. However, please be aware that in the process of shipping goods to you, a cracked hinge or ‘tooth’ on a CD jewel case can happen, it is an occasional occurrence of shipping, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. With instances such as this, we may be able to help you in some way – such as sending you a replacement jewel case with your next order, although this won’t always be possible.

If a new CD or other item purchased is defective due to a manufacturing error we will replace that item with another copy. If we do not have another copy of that item in stock we will offer a credit for the cost of the item towards the purchase of another item.
All returns must be handled in a timely fashion. Customers have one week from the receipt of the order to contact Spiritualmeditation regarding any complaints. It is important that all items are inspected upon receiving the order and that any complaints are directed to us immediately. Once a return request has been made the customer has one week to return the merchandise for a replacement or credit.

Spiritualmeditation cannot be responsible for merchandise that remains in the customer’s possession for an unusual amount of time.
In case of a possible return you should contact Spiritualmeditation before any action is taken. Returns must be authorised by us, unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Spiritualmeditation cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier.

Customs
If you are an international customer, your package may be subject to duties when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting these charges, as they differ from country to country. These charges are a matter between you and your government, and you are responsible for this, since you are a citizen of your country, and are importing the goods yourself. Further information on this matter may be attained from your local customs office.
